Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printer-free drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place your unworn Kiziks back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
